Teachers

Kim took her Level I iRest training in October of this year and has been teaching iRest in group and private settings ever since. She completed her Level II on San Rafael this past May and is now working on certification.

Currently Kim is offering daily yoga classes, two weekly group iRest classes to the general public, a Yoga for Grief class at the Greystone Bereavement Center as well as private iRest, Reiki, and yoga sessions throughout the week.
